AJ Brown was traded to the Eagles. Arkansas’ Titans Draft Treylon Burks.

The Titans selected Treylon Burks, a wide receiver from Arkansas, with the 18th overall pick. Pro Bowl receiver AJ Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Titans also received a third-round selection.

Brown missed four games last season due to injuries, but was the team’s leading receiver, posting 869 yards and five goals before the Titans lost in the divisional round of the AFC playoffs. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2020 after recording 1,075 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns.

While the buyers’ market has exploded this off-season and stars like Davante Adams and Tyreek Hill have taken on massive new contracts with new teams, Brown hasn’t attended voluntary practice. Titans Coach Mike Vrabel previously said the team would not trade Brown, but the deal with Philadelphia apparently changed their minds. Brown will pair up with Eagles second-year receiver DeVonta Smith and will be the main gun for quarterback Jalen Hurts.

The Burks had 1,104 yards and 11 touchdowns last season and will be the focus of a Titans offense largely based on beating Derrick Henry.
