TOKYO – The winner is not American Katie Ledecky, but Australian Ariarne Titmus women’s 400m freestyle gold. Ledecky, 24, came in as the reigning Olympic champion and world record holder. But 20-year-old Titmus swam 400 times faster than Ledecky himself in Australia’s Olympic trials.
