How to Use:
Start your beads to one side (or top of the bracelet) by moving them one at-a-time.
Choose a goal. Turn it into a bead count. So, say you’re counting daily glasses of water, each bead would represent a glass of water.
Slide the beads toward you, one at-a-time, from one side to the other. Beads stay in place unless moved by you!
