Leading from the Inside Out:

Leaders in all walks of life sometimes find themselves searching for supernatural solutions to natural problems. I am reminded of when Peter and his buddies were fishing all night and caught nothing. In John 21:6, we read where God commanded them to throw their nets on the right side of the boat where they would be more successful; and indeed, their nets were full of a great catch. Peter did the natural, and a supernatural solution manifested. This manual is written to believers and non-believers in Christ to till the soil of your hearts to receive the seed (Word of God) so that it can grow and bring forth a great catch that will multiply and last in your churches, schools, or any organization.
