One locally grown spaghetti squash, hand picked by personal food shoppers at your local farmers markets. We like to roast it in the oven and then separate the strands with a fork before serving in place of traditional spaghetti, with homemade marinara sauce or a combination of olive oil, fresh herbs, toasted pine nuts and shaved parmigiano reggiano cheese.
