Do a Low Lunge, shift your weight back, straighten your front leg, and flex your front foot.
Maintain this position, or fold your torso forward for more intensity. Hold for 5-7 breaths on each side.
Set two yoga blocks up lengthwise flat at the front of your mat. Begin with a Plank Pose. Keep your elbows directly over your wrists, then slowly lower your body until you’re hovering a few inches above the floor. Keep your back flat.
Lift through your chest while keeping your shoulders in line with your elbows. Do not let your chest drop or sag toward the floor. Hold for 10-30 seconds, then lower your body all the way to the mat and rest.
Stand on your yoga mat with your feet apart and place a yoga block close to the heel.
Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder-height. Turn your left toes to the left at 90 degrees and keep your right toes facing forward.
Place your left hand on the yoga block and extend your right arm up towards the sky. Lift up your chest and hold still.
Lie on your back. Raise your left leg as high as you can, keeping your pelvis flat on the ground. Hold your lower thigh and encourage the leg to move toward your head. Flex your foot to stretch your calf too.
To deepen the stretch, place a yoga strap on the ball of your foot and use your hands to pull the strap toward you. After 30 seconds, switch legs.
