Simone Biles withdrew from the third individual final of the Olympics, leaving only one event from which she could choose to compete.

On Sunday, Biles withdrew from the floor exercise final scheduled for Monday, USA Gymnastics said in a statement. he said this before wouldn’t compete in ragged bars or vault finals, scheduled for Sunday night.

She said she wasn’t mentally prepared to compete and struggled with a common gymnastics problem, such as losing her direction while performing daring maneuvers in the air.

He came out of the team final after the vault and was in the stands to watch his teammate Sunisa Lee won everything. Lee became the fifth American woman to win the race, after Carly Patterson in 2004, Nastia Liukin in 2008, Gabby Douglas in 2012, and Biles in 2016.

Lee’s next chance for a medal will be at his best event on Sunday, at the uneven bars.
