What to Watch at the Olympics: Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball


With the Tokyo Games approaching their final weekend, there are plenty of semi-finals and medal rounds. Here are some highlights from the US broadcast schedule on Thursday morning. All times are East.

SKATE BOARDING A replay of the men’s park finale airs at 5 a.m. on NBCSN.

WRESTLE The men’s freestyle in the 57- and 86-kilogram classes and the women’s freestyle in the 57-kilogram class begin at 05:15 on the Olympic Channel, with the semi-finals in the other three divisions.

WATER POLO Australia and Canada will face off in the women’s classification at 05:20 on NBCOlympics.com. Spain will face Hungary in the semi-finals at 06:50 on NBCOlympics.com and again at 10:45 in the USA.

HANDBALL France will face Egypt in the semi-finals with a delayed broadcast starting at 5:45 am on NBCSN.

BASEBALL The United States will play South Korea in the semi-final match at 6 a.m. in the USA.

BASKETBALL Following the USA-Australia match, France and Slovenia will play in the other men’s semi-finals at 7pm on NBCSN.

GOLF A replay of the second round of the women’s batting tournament will begin at 7 p.m. on the Golf Channel.

VOLLEYBALL In the men’s semi-finals, France will face Argentina at 9 am in the USA.

CYCLING The track finals are broadcast at 10:00 am in the USA.

PING PONG The delayed broadcast of the women’s doubles bronze medal match will begin at 10:00 am on NBCSN.

FIELD HOCKEY The men’s gold medal match between Australia and Belgium will be postponed and aired on NBCSN at 11:30am.
